The Case of the Flying Diaper

Practice makes perfect.

Heroes are called upon to endure many hardships that would frighten away many a lesser individual.

January can be a difficult month in northern climes, and what better way to build up your coping skills than by eating a superb chocolate cake (not all at one sitting, of course! Stretch it out for at least two sittings). Here, from the Food Network, is just such a cake, along with a recipe for anyone inclined to bake it.

People in southern climes might enjoy this cake too--it will help you get through those long, lazy days of summer, when the birds are singing, the gentle breezes are stirring the leaves on the trees....

In case you want another cake to go with the first one, here's a recipe for a gooey chocolate cake from chef Rob Feenie as published in The Globe & Mail.

Which brings us back to the topic of demolition. This morning, we shall contemplate BAV demolition crushers, available from Trackman Crushers. There are some good pictures and action videos on the site, along with all the specs you'll need.

These devices can be mounted on the demolition excavator you got for Christmas.

Chocolate cake and demolition crushers--what could be finer!

No worries.
