Viking Cell Phones

It's hard to imagine how the Vikings coped before they acquired cell phones.

Here's a good one--a chocolate cherry cake from Kaiser Bakeware, posted on From the Kitchen to the Table. Apparently it provides 12 to 14 servings, although some of us might eat larger portions--to protect the environment.

Speaking of demolition, here's a useful little maintenance and safety checklist for demolition excavators. It's a pdf from Caterpillar, and it helps you to organize your inspection of such things as cracks, excessive wear, fluid levels, etc.
