Time for something new--a coconut cream pie from Dairy Goodness, a site published by the Dairy Farmers of Canada. The pie takes about 20 minutes to prepare (for normal people--extra time required for people like me).
I'm reading Terry Pratchett's Wintersmith, if anyone's interested. Few people write better than Pratchett.
