The Priest of Nothing (prose version)

I'm writing and illustrating a prose version of "The Priest of Nothing" in tandem with the comic version. This is a sample, and a test--just the first page.

The look of the page, and the illustrations, will undoubtedly change as I work out the best method of presenting it.
