A Mother's Work is Never Done

Speaking of monsters, here from Coolest Birthday Cakes are recipes for and pictures of monster truck cakes. I think they're built to scale, not life size, unfortunately, however you know the old adage--if it's there, eat it! Besides, the smaller the cake, the more cakes you can eat.
I suppose some people will say that I don't have a healthy attitude--I should be eating Mediterranean style food, in moderate quantities.
Okay. I'll put an olive on my next piece of cake.

The Blue Jays just offered Ricky Romero $30 million for five years of his time. That's more money than a philosopher makes. But not as much as the $175 million that Iconix Brand Group Inc. is paying for Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the gang, and Charlie Brown stopped playing baseball some time ago.
Charles Schulz left a gaping hole in the universe when he went away.
I'm pretty sure Snoopy never ate a Mediterranean diet; I seem to remember he was fond of ice cream and cookies.

I'm sure many of you have spent long hours wondering how you go about towing a tank that has broken down. Well here, from the George S. Patton Museum, courtesy of Wikipedia, is a picture of a tank-towing device.

So never park your tank in a no-parking zone.

It's Sunday. Yesterday is gone.
Where, exactly, did it go?
