It will soon be Canadian Thanksgiving, when all through the house, not a creature will be stirring, not even a mouse,and all good Canadians will be waiting for the Thanksgiving haggis to come down the chimney and put hockey pucks under the tree.

I must admit, I don't really care about turkey, but a chocolate turkey would certainly catch my attention.
It's Friday. I'm installing an APC back-up power source. I ran into a bit of problem with step 1--connect one battery wire to one terminal. (Which side of the little plastic thingy is up?) However, after having plugged it into the mains, I discovered that I had not electrocuted myself, so it works. And if I can do it, then anyone can do it.
So there you have it.
