It's Friday--spring is getting a little closer. Soon the sun will be bright again, the robins will be back, green leaves will be rustling softly in the breeze, the flower children will be migrating to San Francisco....
In the meantime, here are some chocolate pancakes that are supposed to be fast and easy to make. You probably shouldn't look at this recipe if you're on a diet of rutabagas and tea, but, otherwise, it won't attack you.
