It's important to reward your Viking army properly for a job well done; otherwise it might turn against you and rampage through your city with loot bags.
Here is some nice chocolate ice cream, with chocolate, although I don't recommend it for breakfast; you should save it for dessert, after you've eaten your rutabagas.
The trouble with chocolate ice cream is, once you've had one, you want another one. And here, just in time, is another picture of chocolate ice cream.
Here is a steam-powered tractor with a nice awning to keep you in the shade on very hot winter days. This was posted by the L.I. Antique Power Association, where you will find lots of pictures of tractors.
For those of you who can't get enough pictures of machines demolishing buildings, here's another one.
It's time for breakfast, and it won't be rutabagas.
Row, row, row your boat.....

Stop That UFO!
Aliens have been getting away with murder lately--abducting people at all hours of the night, making crop circles, stealing one sock from each pair of socks--who knows what evil lurks in their hearts!
Elvis knows. But he can't help us because he's incognito.
Here's a picture of, and a recipe for, Mexican chocolate ice cream from simplyrecipes.com. You won't get this on a UFO, so try not to be abducted by aliens before you sample it.
And for those of you who feel like building a large office tower or apartment building this afternoon, here, from Wikipedia, is a pile driver, which should get you started on the foundation work. You'll need to dig a large hole, of course, but that's a minor thing. Golfers do it all the time.
Finally, here's a nice looking chocolate cake from sugarcups.blogspot.com. This would help you pass the time while you're waiting for the aliens to abduct you. A cake I shall never see, unfortunately.
Oh ye'll take the high road....

Aliens Abduct Haggis
This is a well-known hazard in the modern world, although there is no cure for it. The best thing to do is to simply prepare yourself by watching the reality TV show 'So You Think You Want to be Abducted by Aliens!', and by reading case histories in the tabloids while waiting in line at the pharmacist or supermarket.
Conventional weapons won't help you, however aliens are afraid of vegetables, so you should make sure to arm yourself with a rutabaga or turnip before leaving your domicile in the mornings, assuming you ever actually leave your domicile.
I've been looking at this picture of a German chocolate cake; I must have it--the cake, I mean, not the picture. It comes from this website, which features pictures of other enticing desserts--consider yourselves warned.
Of course, you could always eat this chocolate and ice cream concoction instead. It was posted on the eskimo.com blog, which features some of the author's favorite foods.
I'm listening to an opera on the radio. I don't understand a word of it.
Peace, order, and good government.

Psychoanalyzing the Haggis
Heredity plays an important role in personality development. For instance, if your parents were sheep, it's quite likely you'll find yourself attracted to shepherds.
You can cure yourself of this neurosis by reading the backs of cereal boxes.
It's Saturday. I'm trying to figure out the new Dreamweaver--the version I've been using is from 2004. Odd things happen when I try to design a website layout using CSS. I think I'd be better off if I just put a picture of a haggis on my website, and a link to this blog.
It's time for breakfast; I've been thinking about this chocolate ice cream from the Colombiano Coffee House, but it's probably not a good idea. So here's a bowl of porridge.
Jean-Paul Sartre would probably have had just a cafe au lait and a croissant. In Paris. Before the prices were launched into orbit.
Nostradamus would have foreseen chocolate ice cream, but it wouldn't have done him any good, because you can't eat what isn't there yet. That's probably why he got so angry and predicted all kinds of havoc. A little chocolate ice cream would have calmed him down.
I'll go now.....

There's Evil Afoot in Tockworld
I'm late posting this because I downloaded a trial version of Illustrator CS5, just to see what it was like, and I was immediately hooked. I've used Illustrator for a number of years, but I switched away from it because of the cost of the new version, however it's like coming back to an old friend--easy to use, easy to understand, everything works exactly the way I expect it to, and it all goes very smoothly.
Now I just need some handy money. I'll see if there's any change buried under the sofa cushions.
Anyway, here from the Cookin' Canuck is a chocolate waffle cone ice cream recipe, with suitable pictures.
It doesn't get any better than this!
Happy Days are here again.
